Her finner du et bredt utvalg av olje og fett som kan brukes til så vel matlaging som baking. Vi har også linfrøolje, som er en svært sunn olje som er helt plantebasert og naturlig rik på de essensielle fettsyrene omega-3, -6 og -9. I utvalget nedenfor finner du også produkter som kakaosmør og ghee.

## Kokosolje, ghee og kakaosmør

Kokosolje kan brukes i matlaging, til steking og ovnsbaking, likeså til baking av for eksempel hjemmelaget godteri. Det kan også brukes i stedet for vanlig smør på brødskiven. Kokosoljen tåler også høye temperaturer (opptil 180 grader), noe som er fordelaktig når man lager mat. Kokosolje har flere bruksområder enn kjøkkenet og kan også brukes til hår, hud og negler. Ghee er klaret økologisk smør som passer perfekt til steking eller frityrsteking da det tåler svært høye temperaturer (opptil 250 grader). Kakaosmør er et produkt som kan brukes både på huden, i matlagingen og i bakingen. Et tips er å lage dine egne naturlige hudpleieprodukter med kakaosmør som base.
