# Tørr hud

Når huden blir tørr betyr det at den har for lite fukt og fett. Mange opplever at huden blir tørrere om vinteren, noe som skyldes at luften er tørrere både innendørs og utendørs. Tørr hud kan stramme, klø og bli rød. Man kan også få eksem. Har man tørr hud kan det være lurt å tenke på at noe av det naturlige fettet som finnes på huden forsvinner hvis du vasker deg med såpe.
