Når du skal oppholde deg utendørs, er det lurt å alltid bruke solkrem med høy solfaktor (merket SPF). Det bidrar til å beskytte mot solens sterke UVA- og UVB-stråler. Det er lett å glemme å smøre seg inn når det er overskyet ute, men faktum er at skyene slipper gjennom omtrent halvparten av solstrålenes energi, så det er lurt å smøre seg inn selv på overskyede sommerdager. Midt på dagen er UV-strålingen som sterkest, og da anbefaler vi at du er ekstra forsiktig. Enkelte kan også være ekstra følsomme for sol, så vær oppmerksom på dette hvis det gjelder deg. ## Solkrem også om vinteren

Om vinteren er det lett å glemme å smøre seg inn, men man skal ikke glemme at snø og vann reflekterer sollyset, så selv når solen skinner om vinteren bør du beskytte utsatte hudpartier med et solbeskyttende produkt. Ekstra viktig å tenke på dette under vinterferien i fjellet når du tilbringer mye tid ute og det ofte er sol med mye snø.
