For å opprettholde en frisk og velstelt hud er den daglige rengjøringen a og o, og noe som bør gjøres både morgen og kveld. Huden din utsettes daglig for påkjenninger som smuss, forurensning og andre urenheter, og ansiktsrensen blir dermed en viktig del for å opprettholde en ren og sunn hud. ## Rens huden morgen og kveld

Ved å rense huden om kvelden fjerner du urenheter, overskuddstalg, forurensning, gamle hudceller, solkrem og annen smuss som har samlet seg på huden i løpet av dagen. Rens av ansiktet om morgenen fjerner i stedet svette og døde hudceller som har samlet seg i løpet av natten. ## Hvilken ansiktsrens bør jeg velge?

Velg en rens som passer akkurat din hudtype og ditt behov, og bruk gjerne filtreringen for å finne riktig produkt. Du med tørr hud bør bruke en rens som fukter godt, ofte passer en rengjøringslotion eller rengjøringsmelk deg. Også produkter med olje kan passe bra. For deg med fet hud kan en gel fungere bedre.
